Dozens of golfers hit the links on a beautiful Monday in August for the Seneca Diabetes Foundation’s (SDF) 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament. This special event was held at the Brierwood Country Club and brought together local celebrities, businesses and organizations to raise funds and awareness for one of the top health issues facing American Indians today.  BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York was the tournament’s presenting sponsor. At a dinner held that night, the 2007 recipients of the Seneca Diabetes Foundation scholarships were recognized.
